Hypothesis testing

What do you want to examine?
- We want to examine the Independent- Age and sex of the students in the class and Dependent- Teaching and non- teaching and discussion post. Does the age and sex have a factor of the average of teaching and non-teaching ?
Where there any issues finding/replacing values or sorting?
- By sorting age and sex of the non-teaching and teaching students.
Have you done any descriptive statistics ?Yes.
It is advisable to do the descriptive statistics for your 2 variables.
What is your dependent variable?
- Dependent- Teaching and non- teaching and discussion post
Independent variable?
- Independent- Age and sex of the students in the class
What is your null hypothesis?
- Null Hypothesis is The age and sex doesn’t have anything to do with the teaching and non-teaching and discussion post results.
What is your hypothesis?
- Hypothesis: The age and sex does effect the teaching and non-teaching and discussion post results.
Are they different?
- They are different because of the age and
What is the difference?
- The difference is the age and sex of the teaching , the older age and females have more experience teaching while the younger age is more non-teaching.
